Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Sorcerer Quiz app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to play. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, script, or automate gameplay to gain an unfair leaderboard advantage.
• Harass other players, or use an offensive display name or avatar.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except where local law expressly allows it.

We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscriptions

Sorcerer Quiz PRO is an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks premium avatars, a golden leaderboard name, question retries, the PRO Oracle hint, and instant double points.

• The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the PRO screen inside the app before you purchase, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Advertising and virtual items

The free version of the app shows advertising, including optional rewarded video ads that grant in-game bonuses. Points, streaks, achievements, and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or removed if obtained through cheating or a bug.

6. Content and intellectual property

The app, its quiz content, artwork, and software are owned by Sorcerer Quiz and its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Quiz questions are written for entertainment and we do not warrant that every answer is free of error — you can report a question you believe is wrong from inside the app.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and may suspend the service for maintenance. We aim to give notice of material changes to paid features, and where such a change substantially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel through your store account.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the current subscription period except where required by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
